AI is when computers learn to do things that normally only humans can do - like recognizing faces, playing chess, or having a conversation!
When you learn in school, your brain sees many examples and learns patterns.
AI works the same way!
We show computers millions of pictures of cats, and it learns what makes a cat look like a cat!
Narrow AI: AI that's good at ONE thing (like Netflix recommending movies)
General AI: AI that can do ANYTHING a human can (like robots in movies!)

AI isn't perfect! It can:
❌ Make mistakes it doesn't know about
❌ Be biased if trained on biased data
❌ Not really "understand" like humans do
